Welcome! I wanted to post that we keep in our prayers those who will be stranded by the hurricane since Louisiana is calling off search and rescue to focus on looters. Please pray that these children, sick and elderly will survive. This is so terrible and so many are suffering because of the decisions of others either before the hurricane hit or after. Please pray.

Hi. Today has been a good day 🙂 I picked up some clothes for Bethanne and some crafting books from a fellow freecylcer. Bethanne did have an appt. with her ped and has fluid behind her eardrum and she is now losing weight. She goes back in three weeks to have a weight check and double check on her ears. We went shopping a a Walmart SuperCenter today and Hannah recieved her first Barbie doll, a ballerina one 🙂 We also found great deals for Bethanne on the Gerber finger foods she likes so much. I bought myself a fiskers paper cutter for my card making, scrapbooking and tea bag/iris folding crafting. Hannah is still in panties, yeah!!!! My new skirt, jumper, shirt, blouse and cobbler aprons came today from Lane Bryant!!!! My favorite skirt is falling apart so Don let me buy some new clothes 🙂 he is such a great husband. Okay well that is it for today.

God bless.

She went all day yesterday with none, today she had a couple but had made it to the bathroom, so she was close 🙂 She is very happy, but we are praying this will continue. She said she wants to be like her two girl friends she has!!!!

I took a class at Crafts 2000 this past Wednesday on how to tea bag and iris fold. It was a lot of fun, even though I was contending with a migraine during the class. It is VERY hard to learn to tea bag fold with a migraine. Iris folding was very easy compared to the tea bag, but once you get the hang of it, it is fun. I folded the iris tree with scrapbooking paper and while the tea bag folding can be done with scrapbooking paper also I used origami since it folded a bit more easier. I am going to see how to put some pictures up of both of these folds. Just click on the purple links below to see the folding. Update: the below links also have stopped working, maybe I will be able to upload again soon.

God bless you all and have a great weekend.

Not much happening. I did go to hobby lobby yesterday for their 50% off sale on stamps, inks and stickers and found a few things. I would like to make a quilted purse for myself so I may see if they have any prequilted fabric and a nice, simple pattern for me to use. I have to start monitoring my blood sugar again since I have been diagnosed as insulin resistant and my dr gave me another monitor so I could do that. Well I think that is it for now. Have a blessed day.

Hello. This is my first time blogging Image so here it goes. I celebrated my 27th birthday on August 8th!!! I really can't believe that I am 27, but it is great, being a mommy and wife at this age. Anyway, my great friends here in Ohio threw a surprise party for me on the 5th (my husband knew and never let on Image) . They fixed great food, roll sandwiches, fruit tray, veggie tray, tea, coffee, and cupcakes!! It was wonderful. Hannah and Bethanne had a great time playing with their friends that day. My friends made me some beautiful homemade note cards and gift tags and they went in together and bought me a beautiful, feminine tea set and included homemade chameomille tea. Then on Monday after Don got off work, I wanted to go to Chili's so we got there and of course they were packed as was every other restaurant I wanted to go to, so we ended up at Chuck E Cheese which was a disapointment because of other's actions while we were there Image Overall it was good though. We stopped and picked up a small chocolate cake and some ice cream.

Hannah also won a gift certificate from the summer reading program she was in at the library this summer. I will be taking her to the mall shortly so she can pick out a couple books. She could choose from three gifts but since one was a dragon hat and the other was a set with an inflatable wizard and a ball I thought the gift certificate was the best choice. Next year both Bethanne and Hannah will be involved so that will be fun Image

God bless you and yours.
