My Opinion:

If you have a teen or a soon to be teen and are looking for a Bible that relates to them then check this Bible out.  It is NIV (easier to read and understand is some cases) but regardless I love how easy it is to read and if you have a teen they aren’t going to want to wade through the ‘thee’ and ‘thou’s’ of old King James (no matter how much I love my KJV).  There are book introductions, Rock Solid TRUTHS, Rock Solid PROMISES, Unshaken people, 8 pages of color maps, reading plans and more all within the pages of this Bible.  There are spots that do discuss sex and other issues but they are well handled and I’d have no problem handing this Bible to my soon to be teen (okay she’s 10 1/2 but I digress) and letting her use it with her daily Bible study.
